I so wish I lived in Finland! It’s surely hard to believe that a country could make a certain threshold bandwidth as a legal right for all its citizens. And this isn’t any small nation. With a population of 5 million, it surely takes a lot of ‘balls’ for the government to take such a call. Hats off to them!
